Vantage on the Park is central to Milwaukee’s best parks, with Juneau and Veterans Parks right across the street!

Take your dog for a stroll along Oak Leaf Trail, where they can people-watch along Lincoln Memorial Drive (from a safe distance) and take in the fresh scents coming off Lake Michigan.

Our neighborhood has a walk score of 91/100, so there’s no excuse not to leash up your doggo and take them out with you every chance you get!

Affordable, Accommodating Pet Friendly Apartments

Vantage on the Park is unmatched because of our pet policy. Unlike many other communities, we do not charge a pet deposit (often hundreds of dollars). Likewise, our monthly pet rent is a flat fee of $50.

That’s right; whether you have two dogs, two cats, or one of each, you’ll only pay $50 each month. That’s not even the best part; we don’t have any breed or weight restrictions.
